Kapil is an Operation Manager with over 13 years of experience in IT, ITES and manufacturing.
At Optra, he is extensively involved in looking after operations, HR, IT, Legal, Administration and logistics. He closely works with all the team managers to ensure seamless execution.
Prior to joining Optra, Kapil has worked for premier IT and ITES organizations.
Kapil holds a Master’s degree in Operations Management from Pune University.
